How can I find my photos from an event?
Enter the personal code from the Bippy card you received at the event on the home page and click the arrow. Your photos will appear on the screen immediately.
Where can I find my personal code?
The code is printed on the card our photographer gave you at the event.
I lost my card. What should I do?
Go to the “Events” tab, select your event and browse the gallery. You can also message us through the “Contact us” page, and we will help.
When do photos appear on the website?
Information will be added later.
How long are photos available on the website?
Photos are available for two weeks from the date of the event. We recommend buying and downloading them in time.
How much do photos cost?
The price of one photo ranges from $3.90 to $14.90, depending on the event, country and date. The exact price is always shown before purchase.
What quality will I receive my photos in?
After purchase, you can download the photos in full resolution, without a watermark.
Which payment methods are available?
Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is secure.
I bought a photo, but I am not in it. What should I do?
Message us through the “Contact us” page and provide the last 4 digits of the card you used for the purchase. We will refund the photo.
I am an event organiser. How can I invite Bippy?
